As the founder of Paragon Well-Being, Joe brings Conscious Employee Development (CED) to companies nationwide, empowering teams and individuals to thrive both personally and professionally. In addition to leading Paragon, Joe serves as a Senior Leader for Tony Robbins and cherishes quality time with his wife and young son.
